Horror! Wot, no bunting? The neighbours eit...Shock! Horror! Wot, no bunting? The neighbours either side had put up theirs, and the houses opposite, and we still had none. And there was none to be had for love nor money in town. So I bought some fabric, cut it up, and glued it to some tape.
